Supported models
Epson Reset covers 1,500+ models from the community reinkpy database. Search yours before downloading: being listed does not guarantee your exact firmware was tested on hardware.

Hyphens and spaces are optional. The app also detects the model when you connect.
Data: yusnel-rojas/epson-reset (AGPL-3.0), derived from reinkpy. Not a PadReset database.

How do I know which model I have?
- Label on the back or bottom of the printer: look for the “Model” field.
- Front panel: usually printed below the display or next to the logo.
- On-screen menu → Information/Setup → Network Status (shows model and IP).
- The tools themselves auto-detect the model over USB or SNMP when reading it.
Full lists per project
Every project publishes its complete database. Check the exact list before using a specific tool:
- MAkcanca/epson-waste-reset — ~1,271 models (run python reset_epson.py --list-models)
- devmosman/MaintenanceCounterUtility — 108 models with verification status (SUPPORTED_MODELS.md)
- RxNaison/Epson-Waste-Reset — database.json synced from reinkpy
- Ircama/epson_print_conf — detailed per-model EEPROM and key reference
Is your model missing?
Open an issue on the relevant project stating the exact model, firmware and OS. EWR also lets you add new support by capturing the USB traffic with Wireshark (replay method), so no model is doomed.
